Confidence, Clarity & Self-Awareness
Feeling unsure of yourself, second-guessing every decision, or constantly worrying about how others see you can be exhausting. Maybe you struggle to speak up, trust your instincts, or feel grounded in who you are. Or maybe you know you’re capable, but something inside keeps holding you back.
You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Why Confidence & Self-Awareness Matter
Confidence isn’t about being perfect or never doubting yourself. And self-awareness isn’t about overthinking or analyzing every detail.
It’s about understanding your inner world — your thoughts, emotions, patterns — and learning how to move through life with clarity, trust, and compassion for yourself.
When we build confidence and deepen self-awareness, we create space to:
Stop people-pleasing and start honoring your own needs
Set boundaries without guilt
Feel grounded instead of comparing yourself to everyone else
Use your voice, even when it feels uncomfortable
Navigate relationships more intentionally
Make decisions with greater clarity and ease

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
What is confidence and self-understanding therapy?
Confidence and self-understanding therapy focuses on helping you build self-trust, clarify your identity, and reduce self-doubt. Rather than teaching you to “act confident,” therapy helps you understand your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and values so confidence grows naturally from within.
-
Is confidence therapy the same as self-esteem therapy?
They overlap, but confidence and self-understanding therapy goes deeper. While self-esteem focuses on how you feel about yourself, self-understanding therapy explores why you feel that way — including past experiences, core beliefs, and emotional patterns — so change feels more lasting and authentic.
-
Is confidence therapy helpful for anxiety or depression?
Yes. Low confidence and self-doubt are often closely connected to anxiety and depression. Building self-understanding can reduce anxiety, improve mood, and help you feel more grounded and capable in daily life.
-
How do I know therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck in self-doubt, disconnected from yourself, or wanting deeper clarity and confidence, this approach may be a good fit. A consultation can help determine whether confidence and self-understanding therapy aligns with your needs.
-
How do i get started?
You can get started by scheduling a consultation or reaching out through the contact form. This gives you a chance to ask questions and see if therapy feels like a good fit.
-
How much does therapy cost?
My fee for services is $130 per 50-minute session. I have a limited amount of sliding scale slots. There is no guarantee that any of these will be available at the time you call. Please let me know if you need sliding scale fees during our call. If I cannot accommodate, I am happy to point you in a direction to meet your financial needs.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety shows up in many forms - racing thoughts, tension, overthinking, or constant “what ifs.”
If your mind feels like it’s always running, you’re not alone. Anxiety can make even simple decisions feel heavy. In our sessions, we’ll slow things down, understand what’s behind the stress, and build real-life tools that make day-to-day life feel lighter and more manageable.
